Yoshio Nakajima (b. 1940) is a Japanese experimental artist and cultural activist who was active among the European avant-garde in the 1960s and 1970s. He first made contact with the Fluxus movement in 1957, and was also involved with Provo in the Netherlands, Happenings in Belgium, the Bauhaus Situationistes in Sweden, and Mail Art. He was a cofounder of the Tokyo Unbeat Group which used action painting, body painting, and street theater as forms of expression. In 1960, Nakajima cofounded the Zokei Bijitsu Formative Art Studio, Tokyo's first collective artistic workshop.

In the 1960s, during travels around Europe, Nakajima was expelled first from the Netherlands and then from Belgium for staging illegal happenings. He eventually ended up in Sweden and stayed there. He became an organizer of Fluxus Scandinavia, staged happenings, and turned his studio into the Landala Modern Art Gallery, among other artistic activities.

This volume collects reproductions of printed documents, some with hand-stamping or other additions, invitations, and original works from various events that Nakajima participated in. These include: a bright yellow invitation for "Yoshio Nakajima With Love", held in April 1973 at Konstfrämjandet in Göteborg; an original artwork signed and stamped "Fluxus Zone unbeat"; an announcement for a group show with Thomas Frisk, Richard Shearer, Hardy Strid, and Tommy Wiberg at Galleri Göteborg; two calligraphy-style original works, both signed and stamped; and other documents.
