These nine issues comprise a complete and scarce run of the rare and sought-after punk-era humor fanzine. Co-edited by former Punk magazine publisher John Holmstrom and J.D. King, the magazine covered pop culture, underground music, and slapstick humor. The content included satirical articles by Dale Ashmun, Judy Wilmot, Jeff Roth, Bill Yusk, and others, as well as interviews with John Candy, Lenny Kaye, Joey Ramone, Soupy Sales, and others.

There are also features on film and print comic history and reproductions of original comic strips by several of the era's defining underground comics working in New York City, including Holmstrom, Peter Bagge, J.D. King, and a host of others. Issue no. 8 included a feature called "Lurid Scandal", which reproduced the editorial style and content of a vintage porn magazine.

The magazine as a whole demonstrates New York punk's affinity for slapstick comedy and shock humor. Scarce; as of January 2025, OCLC shows a handful of holdings in US institutions, very few of which are complete.
